Therapist Self-Pay Rates
Initial Intake Evaluation (first appointment): $185.00
- Individual Therapy (50-55 minute session): $150.00
- Individual Therapy (30 minute session): $80.00
- Couple’s Therapy (1-hour session): $150.00
***Dr. Sudbeck’s rates are different.
Insurance Rates
Reimbursement rates differ dependent on insurance company, employer, and chosen plans. Depending on your current health insurance or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your Insurance Company to verify how your plan reimburses for psychotherapy services.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I reached it?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment
Payment is accepted via cash, check, credit/debit card, or HSA card.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please notify us at least 24 hours prior. Late cancellations will be charged a fee.
